What can be returned?
You can return everything except for accessories. Ensure the item is in the same condition as you received with labels and tags still attached.
 
Do you offer free returns?
The short answer is: Yes! But it depends on where you are located.
 
KOLAB offers free returns to orders in the USA (except for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote territories). If you are located outside of the USA, returns are free only if we made a mistake or the product is faulty. Otherwise, if you have simply changed your mind then you will need to pay for return shipping.
 
USA: How do I return a product if I am eligible for free returns?
Ensure the item is in the same condition as you received with labels and tags still attached to be eligible for a refund on the product. You can return a product in 3 easy steps:
1. Email support@kolabcollection.com requesting a return along with your order number.
2. You will be emailed a pre-paid USPS shipping label to print out and stick on your return package. The shipping costs for a return are always on us.
3. Drop off at any USPS location or leave it in your mailbox. You can check on the status of your return by contacting us at support@kolabcollection.com.
 
USA: How do I return a product if I am located in Alaska or Hawaii?
Ensure the item is in the same condition as you received with labels and tags still attached to be eligible for a refund on the product. You will need to arrange for your own return shipping. Rest of World: How do I return a product if I am eligible for free returns?
For returns caused by us (faulty or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping costs so it's free for you to return. Follow the steps below to process a free return:
1. Please email support@kolabcollection.com to obtain the return address.
2. Please organize your return shipping to the address provided. You will pay the return shipping cost initially, so please keep your receipt and email that to us.
3. Once we receive the returned items, a refund for both the return shipping cost and the product will be processed within 3 working days.
 
Rest of World: How do I return a product if I changed my mind?
You will need to arrange for your own return shipping. Ensure the item is in the same condition as you received with labels and tags still attached to be eligible for a refund on the product. Exchanges
While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can place a new order for the product you want and make a return of the original product.
